Darkside

Directly under the elegant Topside, there is the only place below the ground safe (enough) from the vicious Thystles. The only entrance to this place is a glittering stairway leading down from the glowing streets into a winding tunnel with crystal walls lit dimly from within the large shards of coloured quartz.

Ter of the Thystles

Inside of our modest world is much like the inside of an intricate geode. Twisting tunnels and cavernous pockets of earth, all with walls of brightly coloured crystals that glow gently from within. The Thystles nest throughout these various caverns, different courts housed under different seasons of the world (though the queen herself keeps High Court at the largest entrance caves in the Neverbright Peaks of Winter's Bite).
